We are now looking for an engaged and driven Business Developer for Boden Business Park.

About the role

In this role, you will have a varied daily routine where you serve as a key contact point for both tenants in the area and partners, and you are part of the Business Team. For our tenants, you are responsible for everything from ongoing customer care to the management of contracts and customer relations in close cooperation with the property developer at Bodens Näringsfastigheter. Furthermore, you plan, execute, and follow up on corporate events and training courses, both independently and together with partners around the municipality. The role also includes work with economics, budgeting, and follow-up, while you help develop Boden Business Park as a meeting place and concept. You also participate in and drive projects from idea to implementation. The work is carried out in close collaboration between the municipality, business life, authorities, and organizations.

About you

We believe you have:

• At least 3 years of experience in project managing and coordinating events or similar activities
• Experience in service and customer relations; experience with local leasing is a plus
• Basic knowledge in economics, budgeting, and follow-up

And you feel confident in:

• Communicating in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Working in the Office package, especially Excel
• Driving projects from idea to reality
• Analyzing results and turning insights into improvements
