About the role

• Responsible for contract management and administration related to contractors.
• Support the project and construction teams with commercial and contractual issues.
• Contribute to a unified handling of changes, requirements, and disputes.
• Collaborate with several functions to ensure clear processes and decisions.

What you will do

• Manage and follow up on contracts, change requests, and claims.
• Support negotiations and review of agreements.
• Identify risks and propose measures to mitigate impact.
• Coordinate with other contract managers and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to ensuring work follows internal routines and systems.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 10 years of experience in contract management in large construction or industrial projects.
• An academic background in law, commercial, or technical fields, or equivalent experience.
• Good ability to communicate clearly in speech and writing.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both orally and in writing.
