We are now looking for an enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative who wants to help build the business, create long-term customer relationships, drive sales, and contribute to Renta's continued growth.

The Role of Inside Sales Representative:

As an Inside Sales Representative at Renta, you play a central role in daily operations and are often the customer's first point of contact. You actively work to provide our customers with the best possible over-the-counter service at the depot, handle inquiries via phone and email, prepare quotations, register orders, and follow up on deals.

You collaborate closely with outside sales representatives, depot staff, and other colleagues to ensure high service levels and efficient deliveries. You are responsible for matching customer needs with the right machinery and solutions – whether it involves smaller construction projects or larger contracts.

The role also involves administration related to rentals, customer follow-up, and actively developing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities.

As part of the team, you will also have a unique opportunity to help establish Renta's new depot inside SSAB in Luleå. You will become a key player in building the operation and contribute to creating a strong local presence and strengthening Renta's market position.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a structured and service-oriented team player who thrives on daily customer interaction.
• Has strong administrative skills and feels confident handling multiple cases in parallel.
• Is business-minded and skilled at identifying customer needs and suggesting the right solutions.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and good proficiency in the Office suite.
• Has good local knowledge of Luleå and the surrounding region.
• Is driven, responsible, and enjoys a role with varied tasks.

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service within the construction, machinery, or civil engineering sectors – or another relevant industry.
• Previous experience with machinery rental or knowledge of construction and civil engineering equipment.
• Experience with order processing, quotation work, and administrative systems.
• Experience working with both local and national customers.
