At our company, our alarm sales representatives are called "Security Advisors" (Trygghetsrådgivare), and we are proud of this title. It is about much more than just selling an alarm system. As a Security Advisor, your most important mission is to create a sense of security for our customers. You listen to their needs, provide personalized advice, and help people protect their homes against burglary, water damage, and fire, thereby making a real difference in people's daily lives.

You work with outbound sales via telephone and handle incoming calls from customers seeking your expertise. Here you have the opportunity to influence your own success and salary through your engagement and performance. We are looking for you who want to develop within sales, gather valuable experience, and build long-term relationships.

The position is full-time, permanent, with varying working hours (Mon-Thu 09:30-18:00, Fri 08:00-16:30).

You work at our headquarters in Luleå (on-site).

The start date for employment is August 17th.

You are a driven and self-motivated person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering world-class service. If you have a competitive spirit, that is an advantage! You are detail-oriented, flexible, and motivated by the ability to influence your own salary. Above all, you are a master at building trust and understanding the customer's needs, whether you are contacting new customers or assisting existing ones. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and enjoy having the computer and telephone as your primary work tools.

We value your personal qualities the most. Experience in sales is a plus, but not a requirement; we will teach you everything you need to succeed!
