Sales Specialist for Northern Sweden – Build Business That Makes a Difference!

Join our journey in Luleå! Just over a year ago, we opened the doors to our new office. Since then, we have grown, secured new business, and are building something we are truly proud of. Now, we are strengthening our presence in the region and looking for a Senior Sales Specialist in Services at Coromatic to join a strong team currently being built in Northern Sweden.

As a Sales Specialist at Coromatic in Luleå, you will have a role that combines strategic sales with business development and customer-centric work.

Your Opportunity

You will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with both existing and new customers. You will work on everything from smaller service deals to larger long-term contracts, helping customers ensure uninterrupted operation of their facilities.

You will drive the entire sales process, from identifying business opportunities and building relationships to negotiating, closing deals, and developing customer partnerships over time.

The territory covers Northern Norrland, and the location is Luleå. This role suits you if you enjoy customer meetings, travel, and being out in the field where business is created. As a sales specialist, you will have strong support from our technical specialists, local service teams, and colleagues across the organization.

Who Are We Looking For?

We believe you have experience in successful B2B sales and are driven by creating long-term business and strong customer relationships.

Perhaps you currently work with service sales, technical sales, or solution sales and want to take the next step in a role where you can combine business acumen with social benefit.

To succeed in this role, we see that you:

  • Have documented experience in B2B sales.
  • Have experience with and enjoy working with cold calls – picking up the phone and creating new business opportunities is a natural part of your approach. You are used to working towards set goals and creating results.
  • Have strong personal drive and take full responsibility for creating, developing, and driving business – from first contact to long-term contracts.
  • Work structured and persistently in your sales – you prospect, book meetings, qualify, and drive deals to closure consistently over time.
  • Are proficient with CRM systems and digital working methods.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and have basic knowledge of English.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B).

As a person, you are business-driven, structured, and relationship-building. You like to take initiative, see opportunities where others see challenges, and are motivated by creating value for both customers and colleagues.
