About the Role

In this role, you will become part of a larger project team and take on an administrative position with many different points of contact. You will collaborate with project management, contractors, suppliers, and other functions within the project. Your ability to handle various tasks efficiently will contribute to the project progressing according to plan.

You will be employed as a consultant through Academic Work and work at our client's site, with the possibility of long-term extension if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Responsibilities

You will work with various types of administrative tasks, such as:

  • Tracking, reporting, and compiling data in Excel
  • Invoice management
  • Booking accommodation
  • Coordinating contact with contractors and suppliers
  • Supporting the project team with daily administrative work

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience in administration
  • Has worked in a coordinating role
  • Has good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English, as both languages are used in the work
  • Has a valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car to travel to the project site
  • Lives in or near Luleå, as the position is long-term
