Your new role

Treehotel is seeking an engaged and business-driven Sales and Booking Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for our sales, booking processes, and customer relationships. With us, you will have a key role in an international operation where sustainability, innovation, and exceptional guest experiences are at the center.

In this role, you have overall responsibility for our sales and booking functions. You lead the daily work while strategically developing our business, strengthening customer relationships, and creating new opportunities on both the Swedish and international markets. You will become an important part of the management team and work closely with the various departments to ensure high occupancy, good profitability, and an absolute top-class guest experience.

You will have a varied daily routine where you switch between sales work, customer meetings, administration, and leadership. You are responsible for the entire booking process; from incoming inquiries and quotes to follow-up and quality assurance, while building long-term relationships with tour operators, companies, agents, and other partners. You identify new business opportunities, drive sales activities, and represent Treehotel at trade shows, workshops, and customer events, both in Sweden and internationally. An important part of the role is also to follow up on sales results, analyze statistics, and work with the rest of the organization to optimize occupancy, revenue, and guest experience.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in people, business, and hospitality. You thrive in a role where you can combine sales, leadership, and service, and are motivated by creating long-term relationships. You are confident in your leadership, structured in your approach, and have the ability to remain calm even when the pace is high. At the same time, you are proactive and see opportunities where others see challenges. For you, business acumen and personal hospitality go hand in hand.

We believe you have experience in sales within the hotel, tourism, or travel industry and are accustomed to working with relationship-building B2B sales. You feel comfortable working in digital systems, and if you have experience with hotel and booking systems, we view it as an advantage. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and if you have additional language skills, we see it as a great asset.

Scope and working hours

The position is a full-time position (100%). As part of Treehotel's management, the role involves a flexible working pattern where working hours vary according to the needs of the business. Evening and weekend work occurs as needed.

Location

The position can be based in Harads or another location as agreed. The role offers the possibility of a flexible working pattern with a combination of on-site and remote work. Regular presence at Treehotel is a natural part of the job to lead the business, develop the team, collaborate with colleagues, and meet our guests.
