We are now looking for a student employee who wants to support our marketing team with social media, content production, and digital marketing for several different brands within the group.

Here, you will have the opportunity to work broadly within marketing and communication – from social media and content production to campaigns, website content, and simpler marketing materials. A central part of the role involves helping colleagues across the country with marketing orders and supporting the operations with content and materials. You will also work on planning and coordinating content based on different brands' graphic profiles, tone of voice, and target audiences. The role may involve creating your own material through photography and video, as well as collecting material from operations, producing content from existing material, and creating content for our various brands and destinations.

The work is done together with the marketing team, and we are looking for someone who is creative, self-motivated, and curious. You keep an eye on social media trends, enjoy creating engaging content, and want to develop within marketing and communication. At the same time, you like to collaborate, try new things, and thrive with varied tasks where you have the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility over time.

Examples of tasks

• Help colleagues with marketing orders and campaign materials
• Assist with campaigns and digital advertising
• Create and publish content for social media and digital channels
• Produce email newsletters and simpler marketing materials
• Update content on websites and digital platforms
• Plan and coordinate content for different brands
• Work with photography, video, and simpler editing
• Create content based on your own and existing material
• Adapt content based on target audience, channel, and tone of voice
• Participate in activities and events to create content

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for you who are studying marketing, media, communication, or similar, and want to gain practical experience alongside your studies. You have a strong interest in social media and digital marketing, and enjoy working creatively with content, communication, and various digital channels.

You have a sense of color, form, and content, and understand the importance of tone of voice and audience-adapted communication. Since you will be working with several different brands, we would appreciate that you understand how content needs to be adapted based on channel, target audience, and graphic profile.

We also believe that you are self-motivated, structured, and curious, and enjoy varied tasks and teamwork. For the role, we would appreciate that you have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and good knowledge of Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint and Word.

It is an advantage if you also

• Have experience with social media or content production
• Can take photos and film
• Have experience with CMS tools such as WordPress and Umbraco
• Have worked in Meta Business Suite or Ads Manager

What do we offer?

This is a perfect part-time job for you who want to gain practical experience in marketing and communication alongside your studies. You will become part of a creative marketing team where you will work with several different brands and develop within marketing, graphic production, social media, content production, and digital marketing.

The work is based at the headquarters in Luleå, but travel to our hotels and destinations may occur. A driver's license (Category B) is therefore an advantage.
