About the Role

Fritidsbanken collects and lends out sports and outdoor equipment free of charge. Our goal is to increase access to meaningful leisure time by giving children and adults the opportunity to try new activities. The operations are based at Porsö Sporthall, and we actively work with reuse to create a better environment.

This is a part-time position with an average workload of approximately 15 hours per week, primarily scheduled during daytime hours. The employment is fixed-term for 3–6 months.

Your Responsibilities

You will work in daily operations and be responsible for providing professional customer service. Your main tasks include:

• Lending and returning sports and leisure equipment.
• Service and guidance for visitors.
• Registration in the organization's systems.
• Inventory maintenance, including cleaning, inspection, and minor repairs of equipment.
• Maintaining order and structure in the facility and storage areas.
• Participation in activities, school visits, and events.

Who Are You?

To thrive in this role, we look for someone with strong customer service skills and a professional attitude. You are responsible, structured, and flexible, with good teamwork skills and the ability to handle stress.

Experience in a service role, as well as experience working with children and young people, is meritorious. You must be able to communicate orally in both Swedish and English, and have a genuine interest in leisure and club life.
