About the Role
Elis's core business is based on renting out their various products and textiles within a circular business model, all for the sake of a more sustainable society. Elis sells a service and laundry service to its customers, ensuring that customers always have whole and clean products.
We are now looking for a salesperson who wants to help Elis continue to grow. Elis is the country's largest supplier of workwear and shoes to the industrial, service, and retail sectors. Elis is passionate about providing professional and personal service to its customers and works with flexible service solutions to create added value for them.
You will work with proactive sales, and as a salesperson at Elis, you will be responsible for new sales to potential customers. Potential customers can be companies that already work with one of Elis's business areas, as well as completely new ones. The role includes booking your own customer visits, as well as spontaneous visits, writing quotes, negotiations, and contract drafting.
The geographical area you will work in stretches from Piteå in the south all the way up to Kiruna in the north. Therefore, we believe you live somewhere around Luleå and the surrounding area.
The role involves significant personal responsibility, and you will work independently against your own budget. Together with your team and your sales manager, you will shape and set the framework for your success!
You will receive both product training and ongoing coaching. There are good future development opportunities within the company.
Working Hours:
The work is primarily scheduled during daytime on weekdays, but also involves some flexibility based on the needs of the business and customers.
Employment Type:
Permanent full-time position, with a standard six-month probation period.

Workplace Address:
You will have access to an office space at Elis in Luleå. To a large extent, you can work from home. However, as a salesperson at Elis, the majority of your time will be spent on sales meetings at customer sites.

Requirements and Qualities

- Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
- Category B driver's license
- High school diploma

The Recruitment Process
