About the role
In this role, you will work in the project group with administrative tasks related to personnel and safety requirements within the project area. You are responsible for coordinating and following up on access, ensuring that the correct documentation is in place, and administering training and permissions. The work involves many contact points where you collaborate with project management, contractors, suppliers, and other functions within the project. You will work in digital systems where precision, structure, and good computer skills are crucial for success in the role.
You will be employed as a consultant through Academic Work and work for our client, with the possibility of long-term extension if all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Administer permissions, safety cards, and training.
- Manage documentation and registration in the project's systems.
- Work with follow-up, reporting, and summaries in Excel.
- Coordinate contact with contractors and suppliers.
- Support the project team in daily administrative work.
We are looking for you who
- Have completed upper secondary education.
- Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work.
- Live in or near Luleå as the position is long-term.
It is an advantage if you have
- Previous experience in administration.
