To our store in Gällivare, we are now looking for you who want to be part of our unique mission to contribute to better public health through responsible alcohol sales. Here, service and care for people and the environment are always in focus. The position is 50%, and working hours per week may vary.

In your role as a salesperson with category responsibility

Work in the store is varied, and during a workday, you will meet customers, work at the checkout, work in the warehouse, and stock our shelves. Together, we keep our premises clean and tidy.

As a salesperson with us, you are Systembolaget's face to the outside world. Strong team spirit, high pace, and pleasant interactions characterize the work here. We learn from each other, and through development, we create results together. It is in the meeting with the customer that we become Systembolaget.

In addition to the common tasks as a salesperson, you have a specific category responsibility (for example, for red wine, white wine, or beer), which means that you:

• Maintain the category representation according to Systembolaget's product placement rules.
• Are responsible for assortment, logistics, selection, and exposure, as well as analyzing shrinkage and suggesting actions.
• Also continuously convey knowledge regarding your category to other employees.

We are looking for you who

• Are of legal age (20 years or older) to serve our customers.
• Have good social skills and understand how you can contribute to a good customer experience.
• Can work varying hours, weekdays and Saturdays, early mornings, and until after closing.
• Enjoy collaborating and want to contribute to reaching our common goals.
• Have a flexible approach, a curious attitude towards learning new things, and an interest in the opportunities created by modern digital tools.
• Have a high school or vocational education.

It is an advantage if you have experience from retail, work in a service profession, and/or with food and beverages.
