About the Role - Inside Sales Representative EL Installation

Do you want to work close to customers, business, and technology in one of Sweden's strongest sales teams?

As an Inside Sales Representative for Electricity with us in Luleå, you will become a key person in our offering to installers in the region. You will work closely with field sales representatives and colleagues to develop the business and create long-term customer relationships.

Here you get to combine service, advice, and business thinking in a role where you make a difference every day.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Provide advice on products and solutions within electrical installation
  • Support customers with product selection and order processing
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Maintain ongoing contact with suppliers
  • Work proactively to develop existing and new customer relationships

Who We Are Looking For

We believe you are a person who thrives in a role with high tempo and many contact surfaces. You enjoy helping others, are solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trust regardless of who you meet. You pick up new systems and tools easily. It is an advantage if you are comfortable working structured in a daily routine where the pace can change quickly.

Your background may vary. Perhaps you currently work as an installer, a salesperson in the building trade, or have experience in design or a similar technical role.

You do not need to know everything from the start; the most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.

We believe that you:

  • Have a technical interest or basic electrical knowledge
  • Enjoy customer contact and building relationships
  • Are structured and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Are a team player who enjoys collaboration

Experience from the electrical industry is meritorious but not a requirement.
