Nobina is now looking for a Project Coordinator for a major transport and mobility assignment linked to the SSAB project. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in an operational environment where you can combine problem-solving, coordination, and customer dialogue at a fast pace.

Here, you will become a central part of the daily delivery and act as the hub connecting the customer, traffic control, traffic planning, and our operational teams. You will join a dedicated team where we work together to deliver a safe, efficient, and professional transport solution every day.

About the role

As a Project Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating and ensuring the daily operation of our mobility solution. You work closely with the customer's organization while simultaneously coordinating the internal delivery together with Nobina's delivery managers, traffic planners, and operational functions.

The role is both operational and proactive. You identify needs and deviations in real-time and contribute to creating a stable, safe, and professional delivery every day.

You will primarily:

• Act as the contact person for the customer regarding operational matters
• Handle deviations and quickly find solutions in daily operations
• Monitor capacity, changes, and transport needs
• Ensure that information reaches the right people at the right time
• Participate in the planning of vehicle flows, personnel flows, and transport setups
• Contribute to continuous improvement and development of the delivery

Personal qualities and qualifications

You are solution-oriented, take significant personal responsibility, and are quick to make decisions and act when operational conditions change. With a structured and proactive work style, you can prioritize correctly in an operational environment and identify problems before they arise.

You are communicative and confident in dialogues with drivers and customers as well as internal functions, and you have good digital skills that allow you to work seamlessly in various systems.

Additionally, we look for:

• D-driver's license and a valid YKB (Swedish transport authority certificate)
• Experience from bus traffic, logistics, traffic control, or other operational operations
• Good logistical understanding and ability to plan and coordinate transport flows
• Good computer skills and experience working in digital systems

It is an advantage if you have good local knowledge and understanding of traffic flows!

About the position and application

The position is full-time (100%) with placement in Luleå/Boden. We offer a probationary period and individual salary setting.
