Job Description

Motivera offers training and services within occupational health and safety. We help organizations in the industry, construction, transport, and energy sectors to create safer and more competent workplaces. Our business rests on four strong pillars: classroom and distance learning, e-learning, HSE consulting services, and our own-developed digital support system, Molly (a SaaS solution). Since our services are largely driven by legal requirements and regulations from the Swedish Work Environment Authority, we operate in a very stable market that is not affected by economic cycles. We are currently in the midst of an exciting strategic shift for 2026–2028, meaning you will be joining us during a growth phase with great opportunities to influence, shape, and grow together with us.
The work is office-based in Luleå, but we offer a flexible daily routine where you have the opportunity to work from home up to 2 days a week. You report to the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
About the role:
As a salesperson here, you will have a real focus on B2B sales and new customer acquisition. The role is threefold, meaning you will act as a Seller, Coordinator, and Advisor in your customer interactions:
- The Seller: You identify, contact, and win completely new customers. You will also take over an extensive existing customer database of approximately 240 contacts. Your task here will be to reactivate and develop dormant companies that have not made a purchase in 1–5 years. This is not pure cold calling from scratch. This is not a Key Account Manager (KAM) role; your focus is on creating and winning new business.
- The Advisor: You act as a reliable advisor who conducts needs analyses and helps the customer see which training and safety solutions fit best. By asking the right questions, you guide CEOs, production managers, and HR managers to relevant solutions within our four service areas. An important part of the role is also to develop and broaden the customer's use of our services, thereby creating greater value over time.
- The Coordinator: When you close a deal, you take responsibility for ensuring the solution is practically feasible and smooth for the customer. You administer and schedule the course yourself in our CRM system, Elevsys, ensuring the right format, date, and setup based on the customer's needs. The goal is for the customer to experience a clear, simple, and professional process from first contact to completed training.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have:
- 3–5 years of documented experience in B2B sales, with a proven ability to process new customers and close deals.
- Experience in service or solution sales and familiarity with driving the entire sales cycle.
- High comfort and experience with sales work via phone and digital meetings (Teams/email), as this is your main daily activity.
- Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge and experience within occupational health, safety training, and the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS).
- Experience in reactivating dormant customers or processing existing databases.
- An established network within the industry and construction sectors in Northern Sweden.
- Experience selling to decision-makers within HR and corporate management.
