We are looking for a secure, meticulous, and long-term leader who wants to continue developing and managing our service teams in Norrland. In this role, you will hold a key position in creating stable operations, high quality, and a working environment where our technicians can work safely and efficiently.

You are a person who enjoys building order and structure, developing the business step by step, and seeing patterns and similarities between our various sites to drive the service organization forward in a sustainable way.

It all starts with people. People like you.

Your mission

As Regional Service Manager, you are responsible for leading and developing our service managers and technicians in the operations around Kiruna, Gällivare, and Pajala, as well as in northern Finland; Kemi, Kittilä, and Kevitsa. You work closely with the operations and ensure that we deliver high-quality service - always with safety as the highest priority. The role involves both operational presence and a clear strategic responsibility where you develop processes, competencies, and working methods across multiple locations. You follow up on goals and finances, drive improvement work, and ensure that our workshops and service processes meet Epiroc's standards even as the business grows.

This is a role for you who thrives in an environment where long-term stability and quality are just as important as daily results. You appreciate being out in the operations, but also keeping the whole together and ensuring that the region's service organization functions in a uniform, well-planned, and sustainable manner.

Your main responsibilities include

  • Leading, supporting, and following up on service managers and technicians.
  • Ensuring a strong safety culture and working according to “Safety First”.
  • Maintaining stable and high-quality service delivery to our customers.
  • Developing and managing workshops and working methods according to Epiroc's quality standards.
  • Building and planning for the right competencies in the region, both for new and established products.
  • Driving service and aftermarket strategies together with the One Epiroc team.
  • Being responsible for goals, results, and finances (P&L) within service.
  • Ensuring efficient inventory management, capital utilization, and service order processes.
  • Driving improvement and development work with a focus on long-term sustainability and stability.

Your profile

You are a leader who combines clarity and responsiveness with a stable and meticulous management style. You thrive close to the operations and are used to leading technicians or other operational staff. You have a natural drive to develop both people, working methods, and structure, and you appreciate a working method where order, quality, and continuous improvement are in focus. You see the whole in the region, understand the similarities between our various sites, and can create long-term sustainability in both service organization and competency supply. In dialogue with colleagues and customers, you communicate simply, directly, and trust-building.

For the role, the following is required:

  • Experience in leading technicians, workshop personnel, or other operational staff.
  • Several years of experience in service, aftermarket, or industrial environments.
  • Good understanding of service processes and business development.
  • Experience with budget, results, or cost responsibility.
  • Ability to work both operationally and strategically across multiple sites.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
  • Driver's license B.

Location and travel

The role is based in the Kiruna/Gällivare area, at one of our sites. Travel within the region is included in the position, primarily to the operations in northern Finland.
