About the job

Position: Varying hours in different employment forms. A probationary period applies for permanent employment.

Start date: As agreed. Opportunity for summer jobs in another Willys store.

Working hours: You will vary between working early morning, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire people under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.

We are looking for you who want to be part of our wonderful team at the brand new Willys Kiruna Centrum, which will open soon! The position simply means that you, together with your colleagues, contribute to offering our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices. You are an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience. Here’s a bit more about the position:

• Together with your colleagues, you will manage the daily operations in the store.
• You unpack goods and ensure that our shelves are well-stocked and look nice.
• You ensure that the store is clean and tidy.
• You assist our customers and meet them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.
• You help our customers at the checkout or one of our other checkout options.
• Once you have worked for a while, you will actively participate in ordering and sales planning and contribute to the store achieving its sales and profitability goals.

About you

• You want to learn new things and develop.
• You have a positive attitude and want to have fun at work.
• You see when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
• You are easy to collaborate with others – we work together as a team!
• It’s an advantage if you have worked in retail or with service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
