Social Services' Mission

The mission of the Social Services is to meet people's needs for security. The department shall work to ensure that the municipality's residents receive social care in various forms and with a special responsibility to safeguard the needs and interests of vulnerable groups. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coordinator, you are a key person whose tasks are very varied. In the role of coordinator, you are a support person for the unit managers at Solbacken. You are the administrative support for the unit managers and are responsible for planning daily staffing, securing substitutes, and managing operations. You will work in various data systems which require good computer skills. You should be familiar with the department's finances and work towards good quality and a healthy work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is solution-focused and can work independently, is flexible and secure, and has the ability to organize based on economic and operational needs. We see that you have the ability to work proactively and can see both details and the big picture. Together with the unit manager, you should motivate the staff group to work towards set goals. Basic computer skills are a requirement, as well as proficiency in the Swedish language in both speech and writing. We are looking for someone with at least a high school education deemed relevant for the position. It is advantageous if you have experience working as a coordinator or in a similar role.
