ABOUT THE POSITION

You will work with reviewing and analyzing customer cases related to private customers. You will gather information, review documentation, and use available data to make well-considered assessments. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Duties

• Work with enhanced customer knowledge based on the customer's risk profile
• Follow up and update information about private customers in different risk levels
• Make risk assessments based on available information
• Compile clear and well-founded decision-making materials
• Periodic follow-up of private customers in various risk classes
• Work with risk assessments
• Write decision-making materials
• Conduct enhanced customer due diligence measures in relation to the customer’s risks

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Has completed upper secondary education, preferably in economics or law
• Has previous experience in a service profession, such as customer service/reception/administration or similar
• Can speak fluent Swedish both orally and in writing, as the position requires daily communication with internal and external parties
• Has good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
• Has good computer skills
• Lives/has ties to Piteå

It is an advantage if you have:

• Previous work experience in banking and/or with KYC/AML
