ABOUT THE POSITION
In this role, you will be able to make a real difference. You will work to protect the financial system from money laundering and the financing of terrorism – and become an important part of a team that ensures everything is done correctly.
You will work with reviewing and analyzing customer cases related to private customers. You will gather information, review documentation, and use available data to make well-considered assessments. It’s about being curious, attentive to details, and daring to draw your own conclusions – while maintaining a high quality in everything you do.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Duties
- Work with enhanced customer knowledge based on the customer's risk profile
- Follow up and update information about private customers in different risk levels
- Make risk assessments based on available information
- Compile clear and well-founded decision-making materials
- Periodic follow-up of private customers in various risk classes
- Work with risk assessments
- Write decision-making materials
- Conduct enhanced customer due diligence measures in relation to the customer’s risks
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed upper secondary education, preferably in economics or law
- Has previous experience in a service profession, such as customer service/reception/administration or similar
- Can speak fluent Swedish both orally and in writing, as the position requires daily communication with internal and external parties
- Has good knowledge of English in both speech and writing
- Has good computer skills
- Lives/has ties to Piteå
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous work experience in banking and/or with KYC/AML
