Main Mission of the Finance Function

The mission of the finance function is to work closely with the operations and provide specialist expertise in the financial area. We aim to develop the business's profitability mindset and increase understanding of the embedded business mechanisms in often relatively complex flows. We ensure compliance with legal requirements and with good operational knowledge, we identify, evaluate, and present areas for improvement within various parts of the business.

We are a small team with a broad, varied, and operationally close mission where we place a strong focus on our deliveries, collaboration, and personal responsibility. About the Role

As a Business Controller, you actively contribute to the factory's operational management and help ensure long-term efficiency and profitability. You lead and participate in improvement work regarding processes and working methods as well as the development of operational and financial management. The position involves many points of contact with employees and managers within production management, technology, and finance. Change is a natural part of your daily work, and the role places high demands on structure, proactivity, and the ability to plan and drive work independently.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in and support the assigned production section regarding financial matters
• Analyze the company's financial performance
• Develop and optimize models and financial tools for analysis and reporting
• Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Investment process

About You

To succeed in the role of Business Controller with us, we believe you are curious and seek opportunities to develop more efficient working methods. You have a strong analytical ability and see patterns in our numbers. You translate analyses into action and act and communicate clearly.

You value collaboration with your colleagues, contribute to a good team spirit, get your tasks done, and help where needed. You have an ethical approach and a talent for working with numbers.

You have a degree in finance at the college/university level and preferably several years of experience in similar work. You find it easy to familiarize yourself with new systems and have particularly good knowledge of Excel. We work in an international environment, and the role requires good proficiency in both Swedish and English.

Excellent communication skills are crucial for success in this role as you will interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
