We are about 15 engaged employees who work in teams to utilize everyone's skills and promote the citizens' good dental health. We are part of the central business area, which includes clinics in Gällivare, Kiruna, Jokkmokk, Boden, Arvidsjaur, and Arjeplog.

We are now looking for a receptionist to join our team.

We are looking for someone with good computer skills and a high school education or equivalent. It is an advantage if you have medical knowledge or previous experience working in a cash register or reception.

We place great emphasis on personal qualities. To thrive in this role, you need to be service-oriented and communicative. You should easily adapt to changing circumstances and remain calm in stressful situations. It is also important that you can plan and organize your work effectively and appreciate collaborating with others.

What you will work with

As a receptionist with us, you will have a central role and are often the patient's first contact.

Your tasks will include reception work such as appointment booking, notifications, teleQ, welcoming and serving our patients, as well as administrative work.

The clinic provides dental care for both children and adults, both planned and emergency.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position during daytime hours. Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
