We are now looking for a meticulous and service-oriented financial administrator for our finance department!

Then we have something for you. We offer a temporary position in our finance department where you will be an important part of our team.
Job Responsibilities
As a financial administrator, you will be involved in ongoing financial administration and provide support to our economists and managers. You will be part of a competent and engaged team where collaboration, quality, and development are in focus.
Your main responsibilities:
- Reconciliation and control of accounts payable and receivable
- Reconciliation and control prior to financial closing, monthly/quarterly/annual
- Handling of supplier invoices and other payments
- Ongoing contact with internal and external parties
- Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
To thrive in this role, we believe you are meticulous, curious, proactive, and have a good ability to organize and structure your work.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience equivalent to at least a high school education in finance
- Relevant post-secondary education in finance or equivalent work experience is an advantage
- Experience from the public sector (advantageous but not required)
- Has good knowledge of the Office suite
- Good system skills, experience with financial systems (advantageous but not required)
- Can communicate well in Swedish, both spoken and written
- Is quality-conscious, structured, and has good collaboration skills.
About the Workplace
The Municipal Executive Administration works on behalf of the municipal council to lead and coordinate the municipality's economy, personnel, and operations. The finance department is one of six departments within the Municipal Executive Administration and provides strategic support within the financial and procurement processes.
