Do you have a passion for entrepreneurship and want to work with business consulting across the country with the opportunity to specialize in financing within forestry?

Develop your business acumen in a complex business where you manage the entire engagement of the customer, from lending to insurance transactions.
Work efficiently and proactively with each customer, learning to identify and solve their needs.
Acquire a Swedsec license and participate in the bank's internal training on business, credit, and forestry.
Develop and learn more in the area of Business and have the opportunity to specialize in Forestry and agriculture customers, who are important clients for the bank.
Be part of a team and collaborate closely with colleagues by sharing your experience and knowledge and learning from others.

In this role, you need:

A bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration.
To be comfortable working in a group with a structured approach where you are responsible and engaged.
To have ease in customer contact and be a good communicator in both speech and writing.
To have the drive to achieve set goals and make sound business decisions, working with high quality in a learning team.
To have the willingness to find new opportunities with each customer and exceed expectations.
To be interested in and have an understanding of the economy in the world that affects your customers.
To contribute to the group and customers with a good mood and positive energy.
To have the ability for self-leadership - to take initiative, set direction, prioritize, and drive your work independently.
Swedsec license and Swedsec mortgage license are advantageous but can be obtained in the role.
