We are now looking for a store and service employee for our operations in Piteå.

This is a varied role for those who thrive in a job where customer contact and practical tasks go hand in hand. You will work both in the store and with the daily handling of goods, orders, and deliveries.

In this role, you will assist customers in the store, receive and manage incoming deliveries, and ensure that orders and outgoing goods are handled smoothly. The work also involves answering customer service calls and, if necessary, assisting with deliveries or simple assembly at the customer's location.

Job responsibilities

The work involves a combination of customer service and practical tasks. Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting customers in the store and providing service regarding products and orders.

• Receiving and managing incoming deliveries.

• Picking and preparing outgoing goods and orders.

• Managing certain orders to suppliers.

• Answering customer service calls and assisting customers with inquiries.

• Helping with certain deliveries to customers.

• Performing simple assembly, such as furniture assembly.
