Professionals Nord is seeking an inside salesperson/service technician on behalf of our client. The assignment is part of our personnel leasing. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant for our client for 6 months. After that, the intention is for you to be able to be directly employed by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job responsibilities
In the role of service technician and inside salesperson, you will work broadly with both technical and administrative tasks related to the company's equipment and customer relationships. You will be an important part of the operation, ensuring good quality and that customers receive the right service and support.

We are looking for someone who:

· Holds a B driver's license

· Has good computer skills

· Has good knowledge of Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have experience in service and customer interaction as well as some form of technical experience. Forklift license and BE driver's license are also considered advantageous for the position, but we place great importance on your personal qualities in the recruitment process. You are service-oriented and enjoy helping customers find the right solution based on their needs. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and can easily handle varying tasks and find ways forward when new situations arise.
