Your tasks

As a customer service representative, you will have a varied and rewarding workday with tasks such as:

• Answering incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers
• Providing professional service and support on various issues
• Handling administrative tasks related to customer service
• Guiding customers through the company's digital services and systems
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the best possible customer experience

The job involves both independent tasks and teamwork. Your service mindset and ability to work in a structured manner will be an important asset.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who is engaged, service-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic work environment. Previous experience in customer service is an advantage, but not a requirement. We see that you possess qualities such as:

• Positive and solution-oriented – you have a desire to help customers in the best way
• Detail-oriented and responsible – you work independently and ensure that tasks are completed accurately
• Flexible and stress-resistant – you enjoy varied tasks and can handle multiple issues at the same time
• Sports background – you are an active athlete or have a sports background

Requirements

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of English
• Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems

Meritorious

• Previous experience in customer service
• Experience in administration or support
• Knowledge of various customer service systems

Location: Piteå

Working hours: Days, Evenings, and every other weekend

Employment rate: 75%

Start: April 7th
