About the position
As a customer service representative, you will become part of a close-knit team at Ragn-Sells Recycling AB in Luleå or Umeå. You will be welcomed into a large company with a family-like atmosphere and helpful colleagues.
Initially, you will be offered training to learn the basics of the job and what the company offers its customers. You will also shadow other more experienced colleagues, gradually taking on your own cases that increase in difficulty. In addition to other customer service representatives, you will work closely with transport planners, production administrators, salespeople, and business administrators.
At first, the employment will go through us at Academic Work, and thereafter there are good opportunities for the employment to transition to Ragn-Sells.
Job responsibilities
In this position, you will primarily work with handling cases from corporate customers, supporting regular colleagues in processes, and having some contact with private individuals.
The customer service receives cases from the entire northern coast, and to thrive in this role, we see that you enjoy having many points of contact and like to work in a structured and meticulous manner.
We are looking for someone who
- Has work experience in customer service or another role we consider equivalent
- Has very good telephone and IT skills as you will need to handle multiple systems
- Expresses yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and is comfortable communicating with different stakeholders
It is a merit if you have
- Previous experience in proactive sales or complex case management over the phone
- An interest in environmental issues
- A connection to or residing in Luleå/Umeå.
