JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of operations planner, you primarily work with planning users' daily visits. As an operations planner, you work in the planning tool Combine, where Bank ID is a must for login, based on granted assistance measures and implementation plans. You build visit plans that ensure users' individual needs are met. You work with staffing during short-term absences, and you maintain contact with users, relatives, and staff. A large part of the job involves collaboration both internally and externally to achieve the best possible quality for our users and staff. The position also includes some budget responsibility.

The work is daytime, Monday - Friday. 06:30-15:30.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with good collaboration and communication skills, who can work independently and is flexible. Familiar with working towards goals and understands the relationship between the various components that home support is governed by: users, staff, operations, and finances. We see that you have the user's services, participation, and care at the center.

Experience with administrative tasks is desirable, and it is an advantage if you have experience with the planning system Combine. You have good computer skills and the ability to work in several different data systems. Documentation is a central task, and you express yourself well in both speech and writing. You have a high school education or work experience that the employer deems appropriate. We place great importance on personal suitability.

A driving license (B) is required.

It is an advantage if you can speak Finnish, Meänkieli, or Sámi.
