We are looking for a customer service representative/administrator for our Boden office this summer.
You will be the face of the company, welcoming customers who come in, call us, or send emails.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, as well as strong computer skills, are required.
We expect you to be meticulous, outgoing, and quick to learn new tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
Handling the switchboard and emails, writing work orders for incoming jobs.
Ordering spare parts
Receiving deliveries
Other tasks may also occur.
