We are looking for a temporary planner for our operations in Vuollerim, a role with both responsibility, variety, and great opportunities for development.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a planner with us, you are the key person in our operations, both in home care, healthcare, and care homes. You work closely with the unit manager to plan and coordinate efforts based on granted assistance. Your mission is to create the best possible conditions for our employees to provide users with safe, dignified, and individualized care every day.

• Resource allocation and scheduling.
• Continuous contact with users, relatives, and partners.
• Administration of security alarms.

You will be involved in development work within home care, healthcare, and care homes. It is an operation with rapid changes, which means you must be flexible, solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is positive, engaged, and responsible, with a genuine interest in people and service. You need to have good empathetic skills, be structured, and able to make quick decisions when necessary.

• Experience with digital systems, preferably Combine, Timecare.
• Good knowledge of Swedish both spoken and written.
• Driving license B
