We are looking for an engaged and driven rental agent for a consulting assignment in Luleå. Our client is one of Sweden's largest property companies with strong growth and a good reputation. The assignment starts immediately and lasts over the summer until the end of September. Location in Luleå.

Your assignment as a rental agent
As a rental agent, you are responsible for renting out apartments with a focus on student housing. You will work together with the property manager in the area. Your tasks include conducting apartment viewings, handling contract writing with new tenants, and performing inspections of apartments. You will also work with and carry out marketing events in your management area. You will work both in the office and out on the properties.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has previously worked in sales, customer service, and/or administration. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities as a significant sales focus is important with the goal of always providing an excellent customer experience and having satisfied customers. To thrive in the role, you should have strong administrative skills with a focus on structure and accuracy. A valid driver's license (B) is a requirement.

We consider it an advantage if you have worked as a rental agent, real estate agent, or rental administrator.
