We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the best service in the industry. Customers in our stores should be greeted with good products at good prices, culinary inspiration, and interesting events.

As a salesperson in the bakery, you will work in the bakery producing, among other things, bread and cakes, and presenting them beautifully in our manual displays. You are the face of the store and provide our customers with the best service in a professional manner while spreading joy and energy. To succeed with us, we see that you have a genuine interest in baking, that you are ambitious, responsible, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and are driven by new challenges. You are a team player of high caliber, and together we exceed our customers' expectations.

The work is varied and includes, among other things, baking bread and cakes. But also other types of tasks that occur in the store, such as restocking and sales. Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with, for example, your own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, orders, quality responsibility, and social media.

The position is permanent at 35 hours/week. We are open when our customers want to shop, so working hours may vary – day, evening, and weekend.

• Previous experience in a bakery is advantageous but not a requirement
• Experience and competence in retail sales are advantageous
• Experience and competence in service occupations are advantageous
• Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures are advantageous
