Here, you step into a smaller company with short decision-making paths, close leadership, and great opportunities to grow together with the business. Job DescriptionAs a salesperson, you will become a central part of the business and work with direct sales of fish and seafood to households in your district. You will work in teams of two.
The work involves door-to-door sales to new customers with the goal of building long-term relationships and creating repeat business over time. You plan and structure your day independently, work towards clear goals, and receive daily follow-up and support from leaders and colleagues.
The position is active, social, and results-oriented, perfect for those who enjoy a fast pace and want to influence their own salary.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from approximately 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Active door-to-door sales to new customers in your district
- Present and sell fish and seafood products directly to customers
- Build long-term relationships and create repeat customers
- Plan and structure your workday independently
- Work towards daily goals and budgets
- Document customer meetings and results in CRM
- Participate in daily sales meetings and training
You are a social and relationship-building person who enjoys meeting new people every day. You are confident, energetic, and see every customer meeting as an opportunity. At the same time, you are goal-oriented and disciplined. You take responsibility for your results, do not give up in the face of adversity, and are motivated to develop and improve over time. You appreciate freedom with responsibility and enjoy working in a team where you support and push each other. Previous sales experience is an advantage but not a requirement; the right attitude is most important.
Requirements- Driver's license B for manual transmission
- Good Swedish language skills
- Independent and responsible
- High work ethic and strong self-drive
- Enjoys proactive sales and customer contact
- Available for work during the day and evenings Monday to Friday
- Experience in door-to-door sales or field sales
- Telemarketing or other proactive sales experience
- Experience working towards commission and clear goals
- Experience in customer-facing or service-oriented work
Location: Luleå
Start: By agreement
Scope: Full-time
Probationary period: 6 months
Salary level: Fixed salary combined with an attractive commission model
You will also have the opportunity to participate in a 1-year sales training with Mikael Arndt, including 25 diploma courses in sales and live lectures every week. You also have the chance to participate in Sweden's largest sales event at Oscarsteatern and a 2-day sales training in Stockholm to further develop as a salesperson.
