Account Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Account Manager who understands the importance of building long-term relationships and contributes with great commitment! You will work closely with our customers and offer the best service concepts in the market to streamline the management of consumables and thereby take Würth to the next level!

Target Group and Customer Segment

The target group includes companies in metal, manufacturing industry, and construction companies that carry out everything from new construction to smaller renovation and maintenance work.

What the Job Entails

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for your own district within the region and work to develop and expand the district long-term to achieve growth. The area includes Kiruna and Gällivare. You will work from home and conduct planned customer visits and new customer visits during the day.

The work places high demands on customer care, and it is important that you have a high initiative, are used to taking responsibility, and driving processes forward. Through the interplay between our various sales channels, we are gaining market shares where you play a crucial role.

  • You actively work on new customer acquisition and engage existing customers to achieve growth.
  • You assess customer needs and find solutions to streamline their management of consumables.
  • You focus on sales and meet budget.
  • You work proactively and are attentive to capture new business opportunities.
  • Based on our multi-channel strategy, you are responsible for the customer regardless of where they choose to shop.
  • You conduct practical product demonstrations.

We Want You To

  • Have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and are accustomed to working with relationship-building sales and new customer acquisition with good results.
  • Be goal-oriented, results-driven, and have a good business sense.
  • Be collaborative and able to work across boundaries.
  • Understand the value of planning your work to achieve outreach, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Be structured in your work approach to deliver high quality to customers and create order and clarity.
  • Be creative to handle a flexible customer mix and find new business opportunities.
  • Have digital maturity to easily search for information and navigate various systems.
  • Be familiar with Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is an advantage if you have worked with field sales or B2B sales in a similar industry or have practical experience and product knowledge or have technical and/or self-education.
