About the job

As a Key Account Manager, you will develop collaboration with our largest mining customers in the region. You will serve as a central link between the customer and our experts in equipment, service, and technology, focusing on creating long-term operational reliability and productivity.

This is what you will do:

  • Build strong and trusting customer relationships through close dialogue and advice
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives that strengthen customers' production goals
  • Conduct customer meetings, analyze operational challenges, and present technical solutions
  • Work with equipment sales as well as aftermarket (parts, service, upgrades, and contracts)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product organization, service teams, technical support, and business development

Your profile

You have experience from the mining industry or related heavy industry and thrive in a commercial and technical environment. You are self-driven, quickly build trust, and understand both operational and economic drivers for the customer.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience with technical products or solutions
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer needs
  • Fluent Swedish and good English skills
  • A natural relationship builder with a commercial focus

In your work style, you take initiative, create energy, and work systematically even in complex customer environments. You communicate clearly, enjoy collaborating, and see opportunities where others see obstacles.

Location and flexibility

The position is based in northern Sweden, where you will be responsible for the northern part of the country and have a central role with recurring customer visits in the region.
