Information about the position

The number of housing transactions has increased significantly in recent years, and Lending Operations is expanding its team in Luleå to meet the demand. Professionals Nord is therefore seeking several new Lending Officers on behalf of Swedbank for the department's office in central Luleå.

The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Swedbank for 6 months with the possibility of extension and/or permanent employment within the bank.

Job Responsibilities

As an employee within Lending Operations, you will be located in Swedbank's modern office in central Luleå, alongside many wonderful colleagues. To ensure you feel secure in your new role, you will initially receive thorough introductory training, and during your employment, you will always have a supervisor close at hand.

In your role as an administrator, you will be the spider in the web managing cases related to real estate transactions and loans. You will handle cases where customers have been approved for new loans for purchasing housing, as well as cases where customers have been approved to borrow more on their existing property. You will, among other things, process disbursements, accessions, and other credit-related matters that the bank's advisors send to the department. An important part of the role is to maintain contact with advisors, agents, and other external parties via email and phone.

Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday during office hours.
