Are you a star in customer service and have good computer skills? Then this might be the job for you!

We are now looking for a customer communicator to strengthen the team. As a customer communicator, you will work with service for both external and internal customers. You will act as a communication hub to the company's other departments regarding customer service issues. Your main tasks will consist of supporting customers via phone and email. You will handle error reports and manage other administration both internally and externally.

It also includes creating documents with information to be sent to customers.

There may also be physical visits where you will assist the customer with their needs.

It is important that good service, availability, and simplicity characterize the interaction with the customer.

The work is full-time, weekdays.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You are a service-oriented and professional person who enjoys being the first point of contact for the customer. With a friendly and clear approach, you build trust, whether the contact is made through a physical visit, phone, or email.

You are structured, responsible, and have good computer skills. Working both independently and in a team comes naturally to you. You build relationships and are not afraid to take your own initiatives. You express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and preferably have experience in customer service, administration, as well as working with social media and information distribution.

Above all, you are passionate about providing good service and contributing to a positive customer experience.

This is a consulting assignment; you who are hired will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work out at the customer.
