About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative at Selecta, you will become a strategic business partner to our clients. You will work with solution-oriented B2B sales and be responsible for some of our largest business partners.

In this role, you will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and drive the business forward together with the client – always with a focus on long-term development and business value.

You will have broad responsibilities including:

Consultative Selling You will identify needs and develop tailored solutions for our corporate clients.

Account Management You will develop and manage relationships with key accounts, acting as a strategic partner in their growth.

Business Development You will identify new business opportunities and drive growth within your client portfolio.

Structured Approach You will work with CRM and other systems to ensure quality, follow-up, and commercial precision.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone with experience in B2B sales who wants to take the next step in a role with significant responsibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a real difference – both for your clients and for our business.

We believe you have:

  • Documented experience in solution-oriented sales to companies
  • The ability to handle both operational and strategic customer relationships
  • Experience with CRM systems and administrative work related to sales
  • Strong business acumen and excellent relationship-building skills
  • A valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Fluent Swedish and English in both speech and writing
