We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and passionate about providing our customers with the industry's best service. Customers in our stores should be met with great products at great prices, food inspiration, and interesting events.

As a sales associate, you are the face of the store. In a professional manner, you provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of a sales associate with us, we look for someone who is ambitious, responsible, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is driven by new challenges. You are a true team player, and together we exceed customer expectations.

The position is based in the Meat & Deli department. The work is varied and includes all types of tasks found in a store, such as restocking and sales. Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with responsibilities such as customer ambassador, ordering, quality control, and social media management.

This is a fixed-term position for 30 hours/week. Start date is immediate until August 31st, with the possibility of extension. We are open when our customers want to shop, so working hours may vary – days, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements and Merits

Experience and competence in retail sales is a merit.
Experience and competence in service professions is a merit.
Being multilingual and having experience/interest in different cultures is a merit.
