At the medical secretary unit, we work with specialties such as medicine, orthopedics, surgery, and urology in both inpatient and outpatient care.

We are looking for

We are looking for you who are a trained medical secretary / healthcare administrator / medical healthcare administrator. You have good knowledge of Swedish, at least at C1 level. Training in disease classification and good knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage for the position. Likewise, experience in iHSAk administration and Cosmic.
We place great emphasis on personal qualities. You who apply should be self-sufficient and able to structure your work. Furthermore, we see that you have a flexible approach where you can plan, prioritize, and organize your work effectively. You enjoy working both in a group and individually, and have good collaboration skills.

What you will work with

We are looking for several medical secretaries!

Working as a medical secretary with us gives you a varied job where record keeping, documentation, and record management are the main tasks. You will have the opportunity to be the spider in the web and assist other staff with various inquiries. It is a calm atmosphere with private workrooms but where you have colleagues nearby. We help each other with the different clinics, which gives us the opportunity for vacations and at the same time broad knowledge among each secretary.

We are only looking for medical secretaries who can work on-site in Gällivare. The ad refers to several positions.

Information about the position

We offer permanent employment full-time, daytime working hours. Start date by agreement.
Selection and interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
