Information about the position

Professionals Nord is seeking an accounting assistant on behalf of Keller. The assignment is part of our staffing services. You will be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Keller for 12 months, with good chances of continued employment. The intention is that you will eventually be able to be employed directly by them, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Job responsibilities
As an accounting assistant, you will work closely with the financial manager and other functions in the organization. The role involves both ongoing financial administration and support in financial follow-ups. You will work at the office in Luleå and out on projects, in an organization characterized by collaboration, openness, and short decision-making paths.

Examples of job responsibilities:

·       Review and approve supplier invoices

·       Support weekly reporting in projects

·       Ensure that the collaboration between the support function and the project runs smoothly

We are looking for you who:
We are looking for someone with a financial background, either through education in finance or through practical experience in finance-related tasks. You have good knowledge of Swedish and English.

You are meticulous and appreciate working in a structured manner, which allows you to handle financial details with high quality. You also have good collaboration skills and enjoy a role where you have many internal contacts.
