At Stockhult, we transform a raw material that others choose to overlook into one of the world's best materials for furniture manufacturing.

We are an expanding group that operates a sawmill in Glommersträsk, builds the most modern sawmill in Northern Europe in Kalix, and strengthens Sweden's preparedness through the production of biofuels.

Therefore, we now need to strengthen our operations with a Finance Assistant.

About the position

You will work in an independent and broad role where you manage the financial flow for 6 companies in the group. You and the CFO make up the finance department. Since you are part of a company where the culture is characterized by helpfulness, you may also provide support with other types of administrative tasks. The business systems we work with are Monitor and Fortnox, as well as other support systems.

The position is located in Luleå/Kalix.

Main responsibilities:

• Order registration and invoicing
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Ongoing accounting
• Reconciliations
• Mail handling

Your profile

We are looking for someone with post-secondary/higher education in finance and/or relevant experience in accounting. You have a natural interest in numbers and systems, are used to working in Excel and relevant business and support systems. You are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You as a person

As a person, you are unpretentious and persistent, able to drive things forward even when you encounter obstacles along the way. Furthermore, you are engaged in your work, have good communication skills, and are stimulated by finding solutions together with colleagues in both your own and other departments within the company.

You operate in a dynamic organization where changes often occur, and therefore you are someone who is willing to pitch in wherever needed, both high and low.
