About the role

As a team leader with us, you will be responsible for a number of clients and their assistants. At the same time, you will be part of ensuring that the assistance maintains a high-quality level throughout the chain. The role is independent and is based on trust, structure, and good industry understanding. You will work alongside management where you will make most decisions or have very short distances to decisions. You will receive support in administration and legal matters.

Ultimately, the role is about mastering relationships and having a socially appealing approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and ongoing follow-ups
• Employer responsibility for personal assistants
• Recruitment, introduction, scheduling, and staffing
• Contacts with the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, and other actors
• Participate in applications, follow-ups, and quality work according to LSS

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in client responsibility, personnel management, and employer issues
• Is knowledgeable and has worked with authorities
• Works in a structured, independent manner with high integrity
• Has an easy time creating and maintaining trusting relationships

Preferred if:

• You have experience in personal assistance and team leadership
• You have a good understanding of LSS and assistance compensation
