We are now looking for a dental nurse who has found their strength in reception work – someone who enjoys meeting people, creating security, and providing a warm welcome. The reception is our first contact with the patient, both physically and by phone, and therefore your role is crucial in making our patients feel welcome and cared for.

We are looking for someone who is a trained dental nurse with good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge of Carita and Cosmic and if you have previous experience in dental care.

You thrive on collaboration and actively contribute to a positive work environment through your teamwork skills. The role requires you to be flexible, able to adapt to changing circumstances, and have a strong empathetic ability in meetings with patients and colleagues.

What you will work with

As a receptionist within Public Dental Care, you are the first line of contact with patients, both by phone and during visits to the clinic. The reception has a very important role, as it is often the patient's first meeting with us and lays the foundation for a good reception and trust.

Your tasks will include booking patients, managing appointment books, and having a good overview of appointment management. It is important to be service-oriented, have a professional demeanor, and function well as a team player, as the reception is a central part of the collaboration within the team and crucial for the operation to run smoothly.

If necessary, you are also expected to assist colleagues in treatment rooms as part of good cooperation and shared responsibility for patient flow.

Information about the position

We offer a permanent full-time position during daytime hours. Start date by agreement.

Region Norrbotten applies individual salary setting according to collective agreements.
