In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of our clients' personal assistance. You will ensure, through our daily work with both perceived and formal quality, that your assistance assignments maintain good quality and standards. In good contact with the client, we ensure that the assistance is provided in a personal manner based on the client's conditions and possibilities. Your points of contact will also include both internal central support functions and external parties such as the Social Insurance Agency, municipalities, trade unions, etc.

The role includes tasks related to:

• Quality work and documentation

• Finance and budgeting

• Personnel responsibility and employee processes for your clients' assistants

• Work environment issues

We are looking for someone who:

• Thrives in social contexts and creates good relationships

• Is service-minded

• Is a pedagogical communicator

• Enjoys independent work while also having good collaboration skills

• Is structured, good at planning, and solution-focused

• Has a relevant education for the position in areas such as HR, behavioral science, social care, finance, or other fields we consider suitable

• Has experience working administratively in various systems

• Has a B driver's license

• Experience in a similar role, previous management experience, and work within personal assistance is an advantage. Additional language skills may also be beneficial.

More about the position:

The position is based at our office in Luleå, and joint meetings may also take place at our offices in Piteå and Boden.

The position is full-time and the work is Monday to Friday.

Travel is included in the position, and overnight stays may occur. There will also be some work scheduled in the evenings in the form of meetings and client activities.

Start date: By agreement.
