Coaching, Development, and Collaboration
As a specialist, you provide advice and support to caseworkers and investigators regarding insurance interpretation and current processing procedures. By coaching caseworkers and investigators, you contribute to ensuring they have the right competence to meet the needs of applicants and insured individuals. You actively contribute to creating a workplace learning climate, identify the overall competence needs, and initiate possible development paths. As an employee at the Swedish Social Insurance Agency, you have a high level of security awareness since the agency comes into contact with confidential information. Your work includes contributing to changes and developments in processes, and you play an important role in implementing regulatory and process changes. Your assignment also includes supporting unit managers with quality follow-up in processing and being a support to the local management team on matters related to your area of expertise. As a specialist in benefits, you are part of a team of specialists where tasks are shared and you cover for each other. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high level of security awareness.

We are looking for someone who
- has a university degree or experiences and qualifications that can be deemed equivalent
- has expertise or case management knowledge in care allowance, additional costs compensation, family caregiver allowance, or infection carrier compensation
- has a coaching approach
- can understand and analyze complex issues
- acts on their own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results
- has good communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- is confident and trustworthy, even in stressful situations
- collaborates effectively with others to achieve common goals.
It is an advantage if you
- have in-depth knowledge of social insurance, administrative law, and public access and confidentiality
- have experience in mentoring new employees
- have experience in quality assurance of cases within relevant benefits
- are used to working effectively and structured in a fast-paced environment
- have good knowledge of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's website/self-service services and the agency's organization.

1 position, permanent, full-time, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable. In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks will be conducted in this recruitment. Remote work may be possible if the work allows.
