Job Responsibilities
In the role of HR and personnel planner, you will work both operationally and coordinatively with HR issues and personnel planning. You will be based in the office in Älvsbyn together with a small team and have close dialogue with managers and drivers in the business. The role offers a varied everyday life where structure, people, and the business meet.

Travel within Norrbotten may occur, sometimes with overnight stays, but most of the work takes place in Älvsbyn.

Examples of job responsibilities:

·        Develop and manage schedules, positions, and working time arrangements

·        Plan and follow up on staffing, working hours, overtime, and absence

·        Recruitment and onboarding of drivers and other staff

·        Support for managers in labor law and personnel-related issues

·        Management of employment contracts, personnel administration, and personnel records

·        Responsibility for the company's social media

We are looking for someone who:
You possess good HR competence with several years of relevant experience and are driven to work closely with the business, focusing on people and structure. You do not need to know everything about personnel planning from the start – the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and willingness to learn.
