JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Kiruna City Library is looking for a summer substitute for the period of 15/6 - 14/8. As a summer substitute at the library, you will work with service towards our visitors in the library and be responsible for all the tasks that are normally performed at the library. You will staff our information desks, help with shelving books, and keep order among our media in the library.

The position amounts to 75% of a full-time position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We see that you have relevant high school education or work experience that the employer deems appropriate. We also see that you have good computer skills and master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you are independent and service-oriented. You are able to remain calm, attentive, and accommodating in your interactions. You are self-driven and take responsibility for your tasks.

It is an advantage if you have previously worked in a library.

You must be able to show a valid criminal record check to work with children and youth. If you are called for an interview with us, you must therefore order an extract from the police's criminal record.
