Do you want to work in a strategic and operational role where you can help build the future of SSAB? We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to ensure that we attract, engage, and recruit the best talents – both today and tomorrow.

Your Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will have overall responsibility for the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis to closure – while also contributing to strengthening our employer brand. You will work closely with managers and leadership teams to identify needs, plan long-term, and find the right people who fit our culture and goals.

This is a key role for SSAB's future talent supply, where you will both drive recruitment projects and build our candidate network. You will be an important ambassador for SSAB – both internally and externally.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Be a strategic advisor to managers and leaders regarding recruitment and competency needs.
• Proactively seek, build, and maintain a strong network of candidates.
• Lead the entire recruitment process – from job profile to closure – with quality and candidate experience in focus.
• Represent SSAB at fairs and other external events.
• Build relationships with local and regional networks to keep track of the talent supply situation.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant higher education, preferably in human resources and labor issues.
• Experience in recruitment and/or employer branding is a plus.
• Very good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Preferably experience from an industrial or production environment.

You are also:

• Self-driven, proactive, and sees opportunities before others do.
• Communicative with strong relationship-building skills.
• Structured, meticulous, and used to keeping order even in a high-paced environment.

The assignment starts by agreement and runs until June 30, with a good possibility of extension.
