What does the role offer?

In the role of Consultant Manager, you will have a central role where you are responsible for our recruitment and staffing assignments. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment and staffing process, matching the right talents with the right assignments, and working closely with our account managers. Your main tasks include:

• Building and nurturing customer relationships: Acting as an advisory partner to our clients and ensuring long-term collaborations within competence supply.
• Recruitment: Independently managing the entire recruitment process, advertising, selection, interviews, personality assessments, personality tests, and feedback for various roles in both the administrative and collective sectors.
• Staffing: Managing everything from advertising and selection to interviews and hiring.
• Personnel responsibility: Coaching and supporting consultants to create a motivating work environment.
• Customer relations: In the Consultant Manager role, you are an important part of the collaboration with our clients, nurturing our customer relationships through a professional and service-oriented approach during the recruitment or staffing processes.
